All you need is 1 kilo of berries, kg of sugar, and package of gelfix. Bring to a FULL boil and set timer for 3 minutes.

If fork dipped into boiling mixture drips off easily, boil for another minute. Pour into jars and screw on lids. Notes: I smash the berries with a potato masher first just to not have whole berries in the jam.

But, if you like whole berries, just leave 'em. Also, there is a product that I haven't tried, but it makes the fruit to sugar ratio instead of this stuff, which is Love it.
